VURA does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, size, color preference, or items that have been worn or used.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from your order, contact vuraactivehair@gmail.com promptly with your order number, description, and photos. We will investigate and provide a correction, replacement, or refund where required by applicable law.

UNFULFILLED OR DELAYED ORDERS
If we cannot ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will inform you and offer the legally required options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.
